A beautiful girl's skirt from the 1900's w/Art Nouveau embroidery.
Handmade & hand-embroidered
Color - white
Fabric - cotton
Description - set-on waistband, the skirt fits smoothly over the hips & flares out towards the bottom w/ a 7" ruffle.  Has large hand-embroidered flowers w/buds, leaves & sinuous stems on the front & back.   Ruffle accented w/a row of French knots. (White-on-white embroidery.)  Fastens on the side w/a hook & eye.
Size - small/medium -schoolgirl, not a toddler-  actual measurements - waist 24", hips 38", length 22"
Condition - very good - NO flaws - looks like it was hardly worn.  WASHED, IRONED AND READY TO GO!!
