1930 New York State License Plates Original Matching Set

1930 New York State License Plates. Original Matching Set. The one pictured on top has great shiny original patina.  The second one has a dull finish.  The yellow paint on the letters is very good.  There is limited rust on the outer edges of the plates.  See photos.
These have been stored in my father's garage for decades.  I have only washed them with water and a sponge.
