    Description

    This sale is for a quantity of one four inch 1983 Rockwell 5310 Microcontroller Wafer with one matching new and unused packaged chip.
    The wafer has good iridescence with large dies and the finished chip has an unusual thermoplastic package with 64 staggered pins. The two of them together make for a great early 1980s period technology display or engineering classroom visual aid.
