This Garter Is An Ideal Fit For Thigh Placement Between 15"-23" comfortably. Anything less than 15", please be aware that the garter will most likely be too big/loose. All purchases include tracking & delivery confirmation, however once we drop off your package at post office, we have no control over the USPS processing & delivery time of your package.  We always suggest that if you need your garters for an event that is within 7 days or less, to upgrade & purchase "PRIORITY MAIL" (2-3 day shipping), to help ensure that your garters will be delivered in time. This will allow a few day grace period in case the post office delays your package due to bad weather, misrouting and/or internal USPS service delays, which we see at least 10+ times a year.
