For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This supply is in Good cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use, including heavy scuffs/scratches especially on top, and heavy yellowing on the front panel.  F8 the fuseholder for the Emission fuse is broken off the circuit board inside, and floating around loose inside the chassis.  The Mode Enable mode is locked to Disable and we do not have the key.
Notes:
This unit is in at-least-partial working condition.  At power-on, it gives the sequence of indications shown in photo#4, and ends with a pulsing audible alarm. Nothing but power was connected during this testing. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
