A2. Yes, this wifi door lock comes with a Zigbee Gateway that allows you to easily unlock the door lock remotely, view log history, share temporary or dynamic passwords, and modify lock functions through the free NGTeco Home App.
Q3. Is there any way to make this lock compatible with Alexa through a different gateway?
A3. No, the DL30Z smart door lock with handle has a Zigbee Gateway, compatible with smart door locks for remote control, does not support any third-party gateways or bridges, and does not support working with Alexa or Google devices currently.
Q4. What are the steps to add a card to the door?
A4. To add admin MF Card, Press 0 + # > Verify Administrator > Press 1 + # > Enter Admin Fusing Number + Show the MF Card to the device > Hear the prompt > When it is registered you will hear Completed.
Q5. What are the steps to add Apple Watch on the door?
A5. To Add your apple watch to the device you need to enable the NFC option on your smart watch and to add admin NFC Card. Anti-peeping Password
To protect the password, users may enter random digits before or after the actual password to unlock the digital keypad door lock. The maximum number of digits must be less than or equal to 32.

How to pair the Zigbee Gateway and Smart Locks with the NGTeco Home App?
Step 1. Download the "NGTeco Home App"
Step 2. Add the Smart Gateway
1. Plug the gateway and wait until the red LED blinks repidly.
2 Open the NGTeco Home APP. Tap"+" and select "Smart security Lock/Wireless Gateway".
3 Connect the Gateway to 2.4GHz Wifi and complete the setup.
NOTE
: Please make sure you have 2.4GHz Wifi. Otherwise, the smart door knob can not connect with network.
Step 3. Add the Smart Door Lock
1. Tap"+" and select "Smart door Lock/DL30Z".
2. Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm.
3. Then activate the lock--Press the 0 and # to access the menu--Verify the administrator's identity--Press the 9 and # first, and then 1 and # keys.
Unlocking in an Emergency
The bottom of the outdoor lock is provided with a 9V Battery interface. Backup mechanical key is used to open your home door when the biometric door lock has electronic malfunction.
