Description
This is a single EMBOSSED STEEL license plate from NEW YORK.  It is an expired 1986 baseplate. This is a USED plate and has the usual scuffs associated with a used plate.  IT IS OLDER THAN 3 YEARS IN COMPLIANCE WITH EBAY POLICY.  THANKS for looking, I always combine shipping and check out my store for other interesting stuff.
TO BULK PLATE BUYERS - I WILL USE A USPS FLAT RATE PRIORITY BOX WERE APPROPRIATE.
Payment

Shipping
I always ship the day payment is received or the first business day after payment is received, exceptions being time zone differences, holidays and weekends. Also keep in mind that in an effort to keep shipping charges reasonable I use USPS PRIORITY MAIL (1-3 days time in transit), USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE (2-5 days time in transit).  I also use FEDEX GROUND, UPS GROUND and USPS MEDIA MAIL when appropriate. Unless FREE SHIPPING is offered, there is a small surcharge on each package to help cover the cost of tape, address labels, etc. To international buyers, any CUSTOMS fees or VAT are at the buyers expense.
Terms of Sale
Payment is expected at the CLOSE OF THE SALE or UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE. If there is to be a delay, I would appreciate being informed about it. I try to be as accurate as possible when describing items. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact me and we will work something out. Returns are allowed; the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received in.
