WEIGHTS INCLUDED (20 LBS TOTAL) - Pair of 8.75 LB powder-coated vest weights included with every vest adds up to 20 lbs including the vest itself. The vest pockets fit ours or many other brands' weights if you want to add more. Additional weight plates are available to purchase, as needed.
