This is a neat old piece. I got it from an estate in Southern Washington that was home of a commercial logging business about 100 years ago. I don’t know if this goes back that far but it does look pretty old. Not sure if that little cup thing is supposed to move but it’s not currently moving. Weighs 10lbs 9oz. I noticed the Buzzard still makes these but they don’t look to have forged look like this one. New they sell for 5
