    Description

    The can has shelf wear and oil in places. There is an oil film or residue inside, but it has been emptied as best we can. The label on the front at the bottom has " Socony-Vacuum Oil Company Inc. ". This name was used up to 1955 when the name changed to " Socony Mobile Oil Co. Inc. ". Pre-1955 is the closest I can get to a date of this can. Please study photos it is part of the condition description.
