Actually, the mask is in good condition besides a couple flaws. Main flaw is a couple of pieces on the outer rim of the mask have chipped off, as pictured. Purely cosmetic, and to be quite frank, it isnt very noticable when looking at the mask from the front. Other than that, just a couple tiny dings. In all honesty, I mainly sell Japanese clothing and denim, not too many Kabuki or theater antiques, so please forgive me for not knowing which character this is. No maker’s stamp. Still, very nice craftsmanship, has some weight, and paint is not only neat, but vibrant.
